Noah's Ark: A Modern Approach
Efforts to protect the world's plants and animals take place around us all the time. City zoos and animal parks, aquariums, botanical gardens, and seed banks contribute a great deal to the preservation of species. Yet these places are not like Noah's ark. Zoos and parks will never be able to save live individuals of every species on earth. There is much they can do, however, to help save the earth's living diversity.
