a litany of negatives:
"The house fly endangers the health of man and other animals
because it carries disease germs in the digestive tract or on the
hairy feet and legs. A fly carries the eggs of various parasitic
worms, transmits typhoid, dysentery, and diarrhea; and has a part
in causing cholera, yaws, and trachoma, among other diseases."
About the only good thing that can be said for House Flies is that
they do not bite.
